To resolve this issue, go to (via SFTP) /wp-content/plugins/bad-behavior/bad-behavior and edit blacklist.inc.php on line 94 by adding a comma after “Nikto/” so it looks like “Nikto/”, That should allow you to regain full control of your dashboard once again.
