Time management is an important skill, needed to succeed in making many of your goals a reality. As we look at our plans and goals for 2016 it is important to allocate time (actually block it off on your calendar) to think, reflect and plan. This should be you time, time where there are no other attendees, you are not going anywhere, there is no social media, TV, internet…it’s just you with your thoughts and ideas, a pen and a piece of paper.
Take this time to plan out where you want to be in 3, 6 or 12 months and reverse engineer that path in order to determine steps you must take to get there. Plan YOU time and take full advantage of it.
