Making important decisions

Decisions, decisions, decisions. We are faced with dozens of them each day and as such they require our attention and consideration. While majority of decisions are not of great significance to future outcomes (both personally and professionally), others can be quite influential. Decisions or choices that you need to make in collaboration with others which are also of great importance should always be done in person and here’s why.

Making major decisions in person provides for the complete context; it allows you (and others) to share any concerns and reservations naturally (without any filters) and it provides other valuable non-verbal clues such as eye movement and body language. When facing a major decision, when in doubt, always make it in person.
