It’s been in testing for a couple of months now, most of us on our team have used it years ago, but as of today, we are deploying LogMeIn to all of our college machines (with a big push beginning on Monday) in order to improve responsiveness and support levels to our clients. This application will be installed on all machines, PCs and Macs (both laptops and desktops) and will alleviate numerous problems we have experienced in the past. Connections are done over the internet, and are encrypted. All we would need from a user is a decent network connection wherever they are and we would be good to go.
