I’ve been at work for close to two hours now and the most requested “support” call of the semester so far is “where can I watch the inauguration?” 🙂
When in need of info or a solution of any kind people always seem to turn to us, IT folks. Luckily this time the solution is easy. Point their web browsers to the 2009 Presidential Inauguration stream presented by CNN and Facebook, install the plugin if necessary and let them enjoy.
Other than that, and a few copy center calls things have been fairly quiet as I imagine they are all too busy watching the Inauguration.
It’s good that the new semester starts off with a flood of non-technical questions and hope that things won’t get “out of control” any time soon.
