How to change bad habits


How to change bad habits? Well, we all have them and to begin the change we must first accept that they exist. Once we are aware of specific bad habits, we need to begin the process to change them and replace them with better habits (not with another bad habit which happens frequently).

This process in it’s simplest form looks something like this:

  1. Value the change – visualize the benefits
  2. Put strategy in place – specific steps; control environment
  3. Identify with that change – believe in it completely

By focusing on each of these steps every single day you will kick that bad habit before you know it. Good luck!
