You must read agendas for all meetings you plan on attending. This is simple, straight forward, yet some folks still show up to meetings unprepared and at times even completely unaware of the intended direction and purpose of the meeting. This is clearly a bad situation to be in and as such you should do all you can to avoid it. A simple way to do this is to READ the agenda ahead of time and come prepared to contribute.
