We have closed on our house yesterday and I would like to share several important items I have learned during this several months long process.
All things considered we did all right and I think that you can do the same with a bit of preparation and planning. This is buyers market, own it!

So obviously the first question is: when is there going to be a house party?
A lot of work ahead, but once it is all done I’m sure we’ll put something together.
