Services satisfaction “survey”

Which components constitute a complete user experience and satisfaction with a particular service? Besides professionalism, knowledge, expeditious service and pricing, what else is of importance to you?

Do you like to know what caused a particular problem, what was done to fix it and how to minimize its reocurrence or do you simply want your service or product restored to functional state and are not interested in details?

Also, please share any examples of superb customer service. I’m interested in which companies are customer centric.
