Good pointers for first time interviewees, especially the questioning part. I’ve interviewed so many people who are clueless about the job they are interviewing for.

I feel that they are trying their luck for all interviews. Of course, if these people get selected for the job, my guess is that they will be just equally clueless about their job function.
